Terms of Service

Effective August 10, 2026

These are the terms for using Scholie. Plain language, no surprises.

Using Scholie

Scholie is a homeschool planning and record keeping tool for personal family use. You need to be 18 or older to hold an account, and you're responsible for keeping your login details safe.

Your content

Everything you put into Scholie, your plans, records, and photos, belongs to you. You give Scholie permission to store and display it so the app can work for your family. Nothing more.

Free trial and billing

New families get 7 days free, no credit card required. After that, Scholie is $20 a month, or $99 a year for founding families, locked in for as long as you stay. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel.

Cancelling

You can cancel in a tap, any time, from your account. You'll keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you can export your data before you go.

What Scholie is not

Scholie helps you plan and keep records. She does not provide legal advice about homeschooling. Homeschool requirements vary by state and country, and staying compliant with your local law is your responsibility.

Availability

We work hard to keep Scholie running, but we can't promise the service will never be interrupted. Scholie is provided as is, and our liability is limited to the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months.

Ending an account

You can delete your account whenever you like. We may suspend an account that is being used to break the law or harm others.

Changes

If these terms change, we'll email you before the change takes effect.
